About Us

We are a second generation residential and commercial construction company founded in 1954 by Paul Konovsky. Konovsky Builders, Inc. builds primarily in Stark County, Ohio. Our goal has always been to construct quality homes and offices using quality materials and craftsmanship. We have also been a member of the Stark County Builders Industry Association for over 50 years.

We have built homes in the following residential communities: St. James, Carrington, Nobles Pond, Mudbrook Estates, Greenbriar Hills, Audubon, Colonial Hills, Lords of the Lake, Lake Cable, Quail Hill, Brookshire Hills, The Highlands, Pines Hollow, and Eagles Landing.

We also build and lease commercial office space. Our office buildings are located close to I77 across from Stark State College. Check out our commercial rentals for availability.
